Ticket Cancellation & Exchange: Cancellation and exchange of tickets are not allowed.
Children Above 4 Years: Full ticket charges apply to children aged 4 years and above.
Responsibility for Cancellation: The management will only consider cancellations due to vehicle breakdown.
Belongings and Luggage: Customers are responsible for their belongings and luggage.
Booking Arrival Time: Customers should arrive 20 minutes before departure to book seats. No refunds will be provided after departure.
Seat Allotment: Seats are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
Refund Policy: A full refund is available if a ticket is canceled 24 hours before the journey. Refunds after cancellation will be provided after deducting GST and PG charges.
Payment: An advance payment of 250 rupees per ticket is required during booking, with the remaining payment collected at the time of the journey.
Communication: Vehicle number and driver contact information will be sent to customers via WhatsApp, email, or SMS.
